Cat lost?

Hello,

Last night, I heard a cat crying in the garden, though it seemed to have wandered off and I thought it might have been cats mating. However, this morning, I heard the same cry and wonder if this cat is lost. 

I am at the even side of Beresford Road, so the gardens back onto Allison Road.

Below is a picture of the cat. You can see it managed to stay dry overnight.
