Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

A cat was meowing at our front door for an hour and ran in when my housemate came home. Every time we put him outside he just meows and runs back in. He seems slightly disorientated so we think he might be lost.

He’s quite young and black, will attach pics. We are on Fairfax road. He has a collar but no other info.

If we don’t hear anything or if he doesn’t run off willingly in the morning then we will take him to the vets to get his chip checked.

Text or call me on 07919046932 if this is your cat.

Thanks!

Hi, pretty sure this is the same cat I posted about on the Harringay Ladder parents group on Facebook on Monday. Really lovely cat.
Someone replied on there that it belonged to number 14 Fairfax & it’s a female cat. Might be worth knocking on their door??
Thanks for your message! Okay great, we will give number 14 a knock and see what they say.
Hello. The same cat has now run into our house and wont leave. Did you manage to contact the owners? Thanks!

Hope the cat is microchipped/owner found. If you find the owner, it's worth giving this useful advice from rescue places -
Vital that pets are neutered and microchipped. They recommend that cats need a catflap - for access to the back garden and they need catflap access to get back inside their home. They advise locking the catflap at night so that cats are safe inside at night as it reduces the risk of them getting lost or injured. It's not safe for a cat to be out the front due to danger of the road so try to make sure they don't get out the front door by mistake.
