Cash for employers of new jobs in the creative industries in Haringey

The aim is to subsidise the creation of 50 new jobs in the arts – by up to 50%. Through funding from Haringey Council, New Deal of the Mind is offering £3,000 to employers in the arts to subsidise the wage costs of an 6 month entry-level job created within their organisation. Each job will be open only to residents of Haringey who are currently unemployed.

They are now seeking employers who want to take advantage of this offer.

To qualify for the subsidy the jobs created must contract an employee for at least 6 months, at a minimum of 25 hours per week.  All requested job descriptions will be considered.
