Can you donate fallen apples to the Woodcraft Folk?

Do you have too many fallen apples or pears in your allotment or garden that you don't know what to do with? If that's you and you'd rather not see them go to waste, Hornsey Woodcraft Folk can help! More about our group and what we do here

Using a traditional Apple Press, our local kids (aged 6 - 13) will be taking advantage of the autumnal bounty at one of their activity sessions next week. They will press your produce into tasty juice, as well as making crumbles and playing seasonal games like apple bobbing, all while learning about harvest times, local food production and the war against waste.

Bruised and imperfect apples are absolutely fine.

Sadly, time is short (my fault!) and we will need them by Tuesday afternoon latest, so if you mail me back here or text 07980 591 375 I can collect this evening or Monday. Thanks!
