If you are the owner of the silver VW (reg PF05VRU) which was parked outside no 91 Umfreville, it has just just been relocated by the workmen fixing the pavement. I imagine they've left it somewhere further up the road, or somewhere nearby.

Was there Warning signs that Road work was being carried Out ?
If so vehicle can be moved under Traffic Order . Might be moved to another location or Pound , as Traffic order would have banned parking
