Can someone with a circular saw cut something for me?

Hi there, I have to cut out part of the back of an IKEA shelf to accommodate some outlets and cables on the wall, and also make some largish round holes in it for a couple of cable tidies.  Although this is something I'm completely unequipped to do I think I know what needs to be done. Would anyone be willing to help, for 25 pounds or what you think is fair? Thank you!

I could possibly dump it for you, and cut out the middle man/woman ?!
