Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

I've seen a couple advertised locally but it's not entirely clear what they cover and was just wondering whether anyone knew of a good class - preferably for total beginners!!
Thank you

Hiya, I don't know anyone specifically for pregnancy but I have been going to Anna Taylor's mindbodybalance.co.uk for 4 years and she was fantastic whilst I was pregnant with adaptations as I went through each trimester. She also does a slow sunday once a month which is great... Her classes are relaxed, humorous and for all levels. Ella
I went here: http://www.lifelongyoga.co.uk

It was in teachers house just north of f park. Really great experience very relaxing and I didn't suffer any pregnancy aches and pains. Would definitely recommend if she is still doing it.

Thanks very much both. I will check those out! :)
Check out the local children's centres, they might do free classes.
Thanks lisa

Julie Tortora has been running pregnancy classes in Crouch End for many years - highly recommended. www.lifelongyoga.co.uk

Thanks very much!

I also went to Julie's course as a complete beginner and really recommend it - not only did it keep me relaxed and healthy, and fully prepared for labour, I also made some really great local friends there!

My wife goes to the pregnancy class and is very satisfied. Bumpie likes it too.

Thank you!
Thanks very much :)
