Buying green electricity is easy and not expensive. I promise!

For anyone thinking of moving to a green energy supplier (and anyone not!) I thought I'd let you know about Green Energy UK who we've now been with for six months. They've got two tarrifs - Dark Green, which supplies energy from 100% renewable sources, and Pale Green, which use Combined Heat & Power generators.

It was very easy to switch (they do all the work for you) and I've been back and compared this year's bills to last and reckon we are paying an extra £2 a month compared to British Gas. That's an average of £26 a month for a two bed victorian ground floor maisonette.

Wish we'd done it years ago! I thought it would be much more worthwhile if I could get other people to switch hence this post. So please have a look at the website and think about it.
