Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Burglary _ today Lausanne Road 24/11/14

Just to warn people my friends house was broken into this morning at around 10am,not long after she had gone out. This was on Lausanne Road near the church end.

They got in the back by prizing open the rim of a window. Cash and laptop was taken . The police said another attempt was made on a house further down the road too.

They apparently ring the bell and if they get no answer they assume your not in. Stupid really as my bell doesn't work and I'm sure many others don't either !

Just to let you know so you can take precautions.

I predicted on HoL that burglary would increase after the austerity measures hit Haringey but I've been proven completely wrong, burglary seems to be on the decrease.
