Building noise from the Evergreen Development on Green Lanes - Sunday 7/8/22

Has anyone heard building noise from that Evergreen development on a Sunday?  I  did yesterday.  I don't want to jump all over this if it's a current resident just doing DIY, but if I thought it was the contractors, I would be royally eh, annoyed.
