It may well be a roofing or guttering problem?
I am assuming there are no pipes in the area?
Lots of builders on here or possibly a handy man may take it on? Philip Foxe is good

Good point Alex. Sounds like a pipe then? I have a leaking pipe that was a lead one the main water pipe into the building. They are usually hidden in the wall so can be hard to detect but pretty easy to fix once identified

Thanks guys I really appreciate this. I wondered wondered if it could be an internal pipe leaking as I can't see anything externally.
