Builder required

Hello 

Can anyone recommend a builder who may be available fairly soon. I know there are recommendation here already but each person I try is fiully booked for months.

Its to fix badly broken tiles in a bathroom which has caused water to leak down into the lower floors and part of the celing below to fall away. Its for  a flat on Regina Rd Finsbury Park.
