Builder recommendations for side return extension on the ladder

We are really pleased with the work Voytek, of Zeko Building Services, and his team are doing on out ladder flat just now. Coming to the end of the project now (side extension and internal rearrangement) and we are really happy with the way it had gone. Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend Voytek, of Zeko Building Services (Tel: 07748 724283). We've just had an external side window and wall knocked out to have wooden double doors installed. The door sizings weren't standard and the doors that they've built for us are of very high quality and they look fabulous. Everything has been finished to a high standard and all the tradespeople that were involved with the job were polite, punctual and cleaned up brilliantly at the end of each day.

Hi Steve,

We are due to start the work in a couple of weeks and have chosen to work with David Philips (based in Stroud Green).  I'll let you know how we get on.  I also had good quote from Shemek at Decorcaus  (a few people have mentioned them) as well as a company called Innovate.  We decided to go with David as they have done lots of work in the area, quote was competitive and they have been hugely helpful with the planning stages.  Structural engineer has also been great if you need a recommendation let me know.

Hi Penny

We've recently had some building work which has been cleared by Haringey inspectors by David O'Doherty. He has completed a number of jobs including extensions on the Ladder and the Gardens which is where I am. Dave is very experienced and does a thorough and honest job. Above all, for me, he knows what he's doing and takes huge pride in his work. Oh and he is highly competitive and happy to give advice for your benefit - not his! I suggest you get at least 3 quotes and Dave can be contacted on 0730119421. Good luck
