Builder recommendations for side return extension on the ladder
Hi there,
Can anyone recommend any builders? We have just got permission for side return / rear extension and are looking for good local recommendations.

You're welcome Penny. David's doing quite a bit of work in the area at the moment and he wouldn't have a problem talking through with you anything you might want done as well as giving you an idea on cost. You're always best to do this as far in advance of getting the work done as possible as good builders can be hard to come by at short notice.

We can fully endorse David O' Doherty. David did two days work , insulating our basement. We had every confidence in him throughout the process. We agree with you Penny he does a thorough and honest job and has a wealth of knowledge and experience. Our only regret ... we didn't use him for previous projects in the house.

DO NOT USE ZEKO BUILDING SERVICES. I had my roof terrace completely re surfaced by them. Within 17 months it was leaking again. I tried to contact them but they would not help, ignored my calls would not answer my tex's. Nick, Clapham
