Builder Recommendation for Loft Conversion and Roof Terrace Extension

Hello,

I have planning permission for a loft conversion and roof terrace extension.

I am looking for a reliable builder who can undertake both the loft conversion and the roof terrace extension, as well as all internal alterations required.

I've seen a number of recommendations for loft companies on the forum, but from my own research I've found that many of them do not do roof terrace extensions, hence the search for a decent builder.

Any recommendations of reasonably recent work would be much appreciated.

You should try and get London loft or Sunloft for a quote, they are quick and reliable

Hi Henry  - did you find someone to do the roof terrace - they seem to be an elusive bunch - I cant find anyone who wants to come quote

Try David at Fairlop Contractors. He's done loads of extensions and general building work on the Ladder, including our house refurb and a huge, all-glass rear extension on Mattison. Most importantly, he's really great to deal with - honest, straightforward, positive, on budget – no 'kicking the tyres' and adding loads on scenarios – and his guys are a lovely bunch to have around if, like us, you had to still live in the house while the work was going on!
