Broadband providers on the Ladder

Getting fed up with TalkTalk - very slow and tech. support poor. Any ideas? I only need it for phone, emails and the like.

We aren’t on the ladder, but not far from in N22, also looking to change our BB supplier due to dismal connection speeds. We’re currently with PlusNet, their customer service has been fantastic, but don’t seem to be able to do anything about our frequently droopy connection. 

An overloaded network, poor BT line and as Karen has stated, local infrastructure are all apparently playing a part. I’m not sure changing network will alleviate any of this, but will be interesting to find out.

My phones 3G connection is often more reliable!
