Hi Bridget, 

did you manage to resolve your problem with TalkTalk or have you found another service provider?

We're going to move back into our flat on the Ladder in a few months and I'm looking for a broadband provider to sign up with and I was thinking of just going with BT.

Still with Talk Talk but this is because I think there may be a problem with my p.c. which I'm trying to get to the bottom of. However, most people I've spoken to seem to think that BT is more expensive but more reliable!
