Bricklaying and paving job - been let down so many times

Can anyone please recommend someone who is reliable and reasonably priced to do a few steps out a back door and a little bit of paving off to the side of those steps for me?

I have been let down by 2 tradesmen now.  As a result, I have contacted a couple of others for a quote and due to the fact that I am in a hurry to get it done, they are charging me ridiculous amounts of money for the task.

Does anyone know of someone who is available this week and can do a bit of bricklaying and paving?
