Haringey Liberal Democrats
Dear Karen,
A year after Labour and the Conservatives voted for Article 50, and a year before we are due to leave the EU, many are asking "How will Brexit impact me and family?"
Are you an EU national living in the UK, or have family and friends in this situation?
Are you worried about the future of our country, and what Brexit will mean for business, trade, travel and freedom for us and our children?
Do you want to know where Theresa May is taking us, and how we can make an Exit from Brexit?
If you can answer yes to any of these questions, or the many hundreds more about Brexit, then we invite you to come and get answers.
Haringey Liberal Democrats have organised a public meeting on Thursday 22 March at the Greig City Academy, to try and add clarity, with leading experts in four key areas:
Politics: Tom Brake MP - Lib Dem Brexit Spokesman
EU Citizen’s Rights: Dr Dimitrios Giannoulopoulos - Senior Law Lecturer at Brunel University London, a founder and director of the Britain in Europe think tank.
Brexit Negotiations: Tom Cole. Head of Policy at Open Britain and previously of the EU commission involved in negotiations with third parties
EU Law: Anneli Howard, barrister and former Référendaire at the European Court of Justice, she is an expert in the interaction between EU and domestic law
RSVP to our Brexit Public Meeting
Each of the four experts will give a short update in their areas of expertise before taking questions from the audience.
Details are:
Date: Thursday 22 March
Time: 7.30pm
Venue: Assembly Hall, Greig City Academy, Hornsey High Street, N8 7NU
RSVP to our Brexit Public Meeting
Yours sincerely

Don't waste your time with these sad Remoaners and their public meeting. All their doom and gloom forecasts since before we voted to take back control from unelected officials in Brussels have proved groundless.
Brexit is a success already with sparkling economic performance figures since the referendum. Once there is clarity after a good Brexit deal, the economy will grow even faster than is has done since the referendum. The above Remoaners promised we would have a recession! Ha ha.
The Lib Dems have always been wrong on Brexit and they remain a small percentage in opinion polls because of it. If you want to learn more about Brexit, just read the excellent, best selling, national newspapers who explain it well and forecast its success.
