Borrowing a large (40ft) ladder

Hi all - we need to get up to our roof to do some rainwater repairs. Does anyone know where we might be able to borrow a large ladder, something in the realm of 40ft? Many thanks!

This sounds horribly dangerous. Don't do it unless you are used to ladders and working at heights.
