Boris Proof Protocol

Went to the Mayor's question time and it was obvious Boris was ducking and diving to avoid answering questions.

It seems to me it would be a good idea if we had a Haringey protocol whereby City Hall types like the Mayor and Commissioner should have a senior local member as chair whose role is to ensure questions are answered.

Any thoughts on this?
