Black cat with pinkish collar crying

This cat has been going up and down Duckett Road since this morning. My sis is trying to catch as it has a number on its collar.

not yet will keep trying - cat keeps running up and down from ally to river on Duckett seems totally lost. We must get that number

I'd suggest going out when it's quiet with a bag of Dreamies, especially if it's hungry.
