Black cat with white collar in Duckett Road/Cavendish Road

There's a black cat with white collar seen a lot on Duckett Road and in back gardens of Duckett Rd/Cavendish Rd. I worry about him because it's dangerous for a cat to be on the road - also he's seen in back gardens looking for food. I haven't been able to get near him, he is getting into fights and I'm concerned he may not be neutered and may be lost or not have an owner. If you've seen the cat or know anything, please let me know.

His collar is white, but it may possibly have been another colour originally, but worn away and now white.

Thanks for replying. If you happen to know the possible owner or they read this -

I'm worried that this cat is in the road a lot and may get run over as its safer for cats to be in back gardens not front gardens/roadside. It's also getting into fights - I'm just guessing that it needs to be neutered if not yet done. It could be that it doesn't have a catflap as cats wander more if they don't have one. I would advise cat owners to keep cats inside at night as it reduces the risk of them getting lost or injured. I hope it does have an owner.

Is it this one? Theres a silver collar mentioned towards the end of the tgread but i dont know if it is the same cat as the one that was originally missing.

Thanks a lot Lauren, it could be. I have flagged up a possible sighting before to Otis' owners some time ago, but when they looked, he wasn't around at the time. I haven't been able to get close enough to catch the black cat to try to check if a lost cat. I'll link this to their post as well as this cat is around a lot in the top half of Duckett Rd.
