Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Black Cat found, may have been knocked down and killed outside 141 Stapleton Hall Road!

If any one has lost a ALL BLACK CAT it was found by me at approx 4.00pm today. I have tried Haringey, Animal Shelter, Wood Green & RSPCA, it's still there if anyone own's it maybe collect and dispose of it, it is attracting a lot of attention.

The council provides a free service for the removal of dead animals from publicly accessible areas. Is anyone there who would be able to contact the Council or collect the cat and bring it to the nearest vet so they can scan for a chip? http://www.haringey.gov.uk/environment-and-waste/noise-and-animal-c...

An update: the body has been collected by a lovely lady from Stokey Cats...and dogs group and taken to the Hills Vet in N8. If the cat is chipped, his owners will be notified instantly.

I've just driven up there. He was still there (24 hours on) and covered over with some cardboard. I've taken him to Hills Vets, N8 who will check for a microchip.
