Black cat with red collar - Duckett/Cavendish Rd

There's a black cat (with a red collar) which has been getting into a few fights in back gardens of Duckett Road and Cavendish Road and I've seen it looking for food. Just wanted to check whether it has an owner and whether it is neutered? (If it isn't neutered, it would help if it was neutered as it reduces fighting and reduces the number of kittens born without homes).

The cat seems to hang out a lot in a large shed at the bottom of a back garden in Cavendish Road (top half, Duckett Rd side). The cat is seen a lot in the back gardens of Duckett rd and Cavendish rd.
