Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!
Big savings needed in Haringey.
Did anyone pick this up. My view is that some local council employees are actively counter productive, So to achieve the quoted 32% average someone is probably achieving 110%. So simply allowing the chaff to blow away on the wind would save zillions.

Allow it to blow away? Why not save us all this chaff blowing around our streets and shoot them and bury them? That would be better for the rest of us "non-chaffs" who would otherwise have to bear witness to their demise.
