Hello HoLlers
Just caught up with this as it was screened far too late for me. Watched it with my soon-to-be thirteen year old son, who enjoyed it as much as I did. Ted (Douglas Hodge) thinks he's the target of a gang's revenge attack; Rochelle (Georgina Campbell) dreams of a place at Oxford; Carol (Jessica Hynes) tries to get her life back through stand-up; and Alfie (Billy Matthews) turns thirteen and has to prove himself if he wants run with the big boys. Their stories tragically collide over one night.
Current, relevant, British drama excellence. Billy Matthews is a star in the making.
Just a shame the BBC shot itself in the foot; this was deserving of a prime time slot.

I agree that it was compelling TV. Did you see that eagle-eyed Gillian spotted a scene filmed on Green Lanes.
