baths

do you think you value the little things in life enough?   because i had an ulcer on my gout, i was told not to get my foot wet -very difficult in the bath- decided i'd only have one bath a week when i would also wash my hair-manoevering extremely difficult - then suddenly there was an almighty crack in my chest- massively painful for the last month or so but oh the bliss now that i can wallow in the lovely smelly pong and get out reasonably easily thanks to the rail my daughter put on the side of the bath   i remembered the man i interviewed several years ago when working on a feature about squatters    i don't think i appreciated his emphasis on the desirability of a bath to someone who had no access to other facilities

as you slide into your next bath, try to imagine keeping one foot dry  -imagine but don't attempt!!!!!!!!!
