If you haven't got an extraction fan then I'd get one fitted - get it fitted with its own switch so you don't have the annoying issue of it going on whenever the light goes on.
We found that the air quality and damp in our house was transformed when we got a good humidity-controlled extraction fan that changes its extraction speed based on how damp the air is - as long as it is a good model (we have an envirovent cyclone 7 in the kitchen) then it can be on all the time & it is very quiet.
Ultimately, mould is a sign of damp & in a bathroom this almost certainly comes from condensation.
