Balearic house swap

I have some friends looking to visit London in August, 14-24th.
They are coming with their 2 children and 1 cousin and 1 friend (4 children and 2 adults)... All aged 9-11.
They are interested in doing a house swap, they have a 3 bed flat on the beautifull island of Formentera. San Francisco, Formentera (fly to ibiza then a ferry over to Formentera.
