Just off to Baldwin's now for one of their fab Label Anglais chickens, as used in top restaurants. And not forgetting their scotch eggs. Yum  yum...

Their chickens are wonderful, both the pricer organic ones and the non-oragnic ones for the same producer - totally different from what you buy in the supermarkets.

Not just the fresh meat but the treasure trove in the chiller cabinets.  That shop is one of the wonders of London.
