Baby comforter found

My partner found this wee snuggle on Green Lanes between Maplin and Subway a few days ago. One of the shopkeepers from one of the general stores was sweeping it into the bin after it hadn't been claimed. So lost maybe a week ago. Can we help it find its owner? I imagine it's currently being sorely missed. DM if you can help.
