I think Sylvia does - the hairdresser on Wightman in the same block as the Shelton (she is near the corner of Umfraville).

There is a lady that I use whose name is Agnieszka and also Mariola who I use. With Agnieszka you have to collect your order. With Mariola your order is delivered to you.
