Are you about to choose your child's primary school?

I'm working on a website usability study and would like to talk to local parents who are currently applying for a primary school place for next September.

Over in Crouch End you don't get a choice.  If you get in to a local school at all you are super lucky! Luckily we did, but a few doors down and we would have been sent to a school 3 busses away!

Understood: choice is not everywhere. But I'm interested in hearing from anyone who's had to list schools in order of preference on the application form - even if their preferred school is unlikely to be available.
