This seems in response to 'KFH Commercial' letting of the Coliseum
to a betting shop, I believe planning is under way and there
is little planning and licensing can do unfortunately.
This sounds like potential direct action from Harringay residents,
resisting sales opportunities for KFH, could Crouch End residents
using local portals join 'Zero Sales' in solidarity?
From what I've heard KFH say they are seperate from their
commercial wing, but this was to be their Harringay office,
and if KFH Comercial seemingly don't apear to care about
residents views, then maybe they might care more for
the hard working agents in their Lettings and sales department.
I remember Paul Simon had trouble with their commercial
business producing developments that caused local decent,
a few years back, and they closed their office in Crouch End.
Today's Paul Simon Estates is very supportive of the community
under new management, and have been good partners with
Chestnuts School Summer Fair.
Any thoughts, news or view on this?
