APPEAL TO LOCAL FAMILIES TO BAKE SOME CAKES FOR WORLD SIGHT DAY CHALLENGE

We are hosting our annual World Sight Day Challenge for charity (Optometry Giving Sight) on Thursday 9th October.

It is a tea/coffee morning where we are inviting everyone to come and enjoy a slice of cake and tea/coffee with us.

A £3 donation would get a person in the third world an eye test and a pair of spectacles!

We are asking for your help in making this event lovely but more importantly, a successful day for the charity.

Would you or even your child like to bake a cake for us to sell?

Please drop off cakes either on the 8^th of October, or after 8.30am on the 9^th October. All the remaining cakes will then be taken to South Harringay Primary school that are having a cake sale the same afternoon to raise some funds for the school.

We do hope you can join us on Thursday the 9th of October, between 9.15am until 11.30am.

Finally, thank you in advance to all those who will be baking and everyone who will be attending the coffee morning.
