Description
Police are appealing for witnesses and information following an assault in Turnpike Lane, N8

On Saturday 3 September at approximately 04:19hrs police were called to Turnpike Lane, N8 following reports of an assault. On arrival officers found a man suffering from head injuries, London Ambulance Service were already on scene.

The victim was taken to hospital where his condition is described as stable.

Officers believe the man was attacked by two men, who were part of a larger group, as he walked towards Wightman Road, N8 having been at a local bar.

Suspect [1] is described as a black male wearing a grey hooded top. He is approximately 6 foot tall, and in his mid 20s.

Suspect [2] is described as a black male wearing a chequered brown and cream long sleeve shirt.

Police do not believe the suspects are known to the victim.

No arrests. Enquiries continue.
