Wow sounds like you've got your hands full. The mother cat is lucky to have found you to bring her safe inside with her kittens and help them all out.
If you can, take a close up photo of the mother and put it on here and hopefully someone will recognise the cat. Maybe she's microchipped, although unlikely as she's not neutered, but possible. She may be a cat which got lost and got pregnant since. (If only everyone microchipped and neutered their cats - a lot of people don't realise that a cat can get pregnant from as young as 5 months old so its best to neuter cats from 4 months old).
Another useful website is www.animalsearchuk.co.uk as you can put details on there, with a photo, if you find a pet - then anyone who has registered a lost cat on there will be automatically notified.
Where about do you live? it might be a stray who has been abandoned because she was pregnant. We had the same problem on Duckett Road recently. I know someone who might want to adopt the mother or the kittens. She should be spayed asap or she might get pregnant again soon.
