Does anyone know this tuxedo cat (black&white)?

Hi,

Wondering if anyone knows this black and white cat?

Might be coming from Duckett Rd if not Mattison Rd.

He is coming to my garden daily and stays for quite a few hours. 

He's definitely got a home and is very friendly but since my cat is no longer with me he has been coming more often and got braver, I guess.

Just want to make sure his family are not worried!
