Anyone know how to write a macro in Word
I found this post via Google which tells me half of how to write a macro for Word that 'll extract hyperlinks. To make it work, I followed the Microsoft help page on creating a macro with Visual Basic, but when I type a name and click on create I get a message that it's an invalid procedure.
Anyone got any know-how on this?

Don't use Word to extract urls!
Use perl.
Really helpful I know. Hint - try googling the error message.

Tsk tsk hugh i thought you knew about this sort of thing. I'm very suprised and i'm not sure that i'm going to allow you to forget this.
Anyone who knows these things will tell you not to use word to extract urls !
