Does anyone perchance have an image of the war memorial from Holy Trinity Church in Stroud Green (https://www.iwm.org.uk/memorials/item/memorial/11982).
A local group has secured funding to restore the memorial (now reduced to almost nowt - https://www.warmemorialsonline.org.uk/memorial/154185), but the funder won't release the funds until they have an image showing the original memorial.
The church was demolished in 1960 following war damage and the cross that used to top the memorial blew down in a storm in 1987 and only a stump of the memorial now remains.
There must be a picture somehere!
Can anyone help?

Fr Patrick Henderson (the current incumbent) may have a picture, but I assume someone's asked him already. If not, there is probably one in the LMA, but the catalogue isn't specific enough to identify it (I've just looked) - if it hasn't been done already, someone would need to go down there and have a look; file DRO/133/J/02 seems the most likely. The best way to find pics of these things is to look in the backgrounds of pictures of events, etc. (that's what I did with the St Paul's, Harringay research).
Thanks Bethany. I agree; it'll be most likely to turn up in the background of a press shot or a family snap or somesuch.
Great news! I've just uploaded a scan of a postcard I have showing the memorial in the 1920s. Also, here is a link to a design by Ninian Comper which is very similar indeed https://www.architecture.com/image-library/ribapix/image-informatio...
