Anyone interested in a morning Boot Camp/(circuit strength fitness group) either Tuesday or Thursdays?
I am a member of the (imho very excellent) Synergy Running club, who already run Boot camp sessions on Tuesday evenings (Ally Pally) and Saturday mornings.
They would do a local one for local people on a park/open space if we had 10 persons interested? I think it's a fiver a session.
?
any takers...

BTW- i have no financial interest in this- i'm a member of the running club and a fan of the very professional staff who run it. (and the associated fitness studio)
