Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!
Any one know of someone to install a new front door
I was wondering if anyone knows of a carpenter orbuilder who can source and install a new front door. any recommendations will be much appreciated.

We may need to call on his services at some point. The previous owner of our 115 year old Victorian house (in his infinite wisdom) ripped out the beautiful front door still seen on the neighbouring houses...and replaced it with a tacky white UPVC one -YUK.
To add insult to injury, he didn't even remove the protective plastic film, which 'baked on' and is now a crackled snake skin that can never be removed. Personally I think there should a good taste/common sense department at the council where you having to apply before wrecking of the front of your house with 1970's style double glazed doors and windows.
