Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

.....the blue light on my modem is not coming on ... Anyone else on virgin having problems?

My next door neighbours have been having problems with Virgin internet - I think they are still online but they've said it's been 'abnormally slow' all week. We're in N15.

Didn't have any for the last 3 days. Phoned them up today and it all got sorted over the phone.

Slow reception and intermittent blackouts here in N89AX. Also no blue top light Grrr... .. .

I lost all broadband and TV services around 4.30 this afternoon. Reported it to them and a while later got an automated call saying there was a fault in the area and they're working on it.

Service status page currently has estimated fix time of 8.45pm.

Having watched 10 episodes of Breaking Bad on Netflix in the last three days I'm suffering severe withdrawals.

Ian Where are you ? so we can get an idea who/where's affected.

All good again here.

Spoke too soon, it's gone again.

We had no internet for 24 hours earlier in the week, but when I phoned them they got it going again. Third time recently we've had an extended loss of service (three days last time!) and it's extremely annoying.
