Another Type of Community Festival


I was working down in Brockley, South London this week and found out about the Brockley Max Festival. It's organised by the community with support from the Council, rather than the other way round as we do here.

Is this a model worth thinking about incorporating?

Not well I take it.

It's been going great guns down in Brockley for a few years now. Wonder why it works in some places and not others?
