Another lost cat on Seymour Road?

I keep seeing this little one around. Does not matter when I come home, this cat's aways around. Quite shy, skinny, and no collar.

White chest, white socks on front paws and white back legs.

Does anyone know this little fella / lady?

Thanks for the info Malcolm, have passed that on. If you see the cat again, would you be able to take a photo and post here? May not be the same, but it fits. Elusive little lady that Bindi!
