Another Kurdish March planned through Harringay this Sunday

The following message from Acting Police Sergeant Steve Groom at St Ann's Neighbourhood SNT:

You may be aware that a march by members of the local Kurdish community is planned for this Sunday, 27th January 2013.

The march is in response to events connected to Turkey. It is anticipated that the march will set off from Manor House and will travel north along Green Lanes and into the High Road where it will conclude outside the library.

Haringey police has planned a policing operation around this event to ensure that it passes peacefully.

Local SNT officers will be on duty during the event to make sure that those who live and work on or near the route are informed about what is taking place. We will strive to minimise disruption to the community.

Once again the information has been released without saying what time it's due to start. I've asked for an update.
