Please be careful when using bit.ly
I used it couple times and got JUMPED ON !
More nice bussy stuff..
The photos might be from 1949, although by the look of the restricted wartime blinds on the RTs on the 38, they might also be from 1948.
The 137 shown at Sloane Square lost it's allocation of STLs (see here) in January 1950.

Anyway who cares? Nice shots..
