Ally Pally on Gardener's Question Time

The Muswell Hill Gardening Society were on Gardener's Question Time this afternoon, from Alexandra Palace. They visited the Rose Garden, which was planted during the war by  foreigners who were interned - the whole place was surrounded by barbed wire. Yes, my personal Radio 4 "trigger" - the only programme in the whole schedule that actually makes me turn the radio OFF.

And it (AP not GQT) also turns up in a current television advert for Match.com - popular place at the moment.
