Ally Pally Firework etickets not arrived - Help!

My Dad purchased two tickets for the fireworks last week and the etickets still haven't come through despite the money coming out of his account.

He emailed and got a response saying they would be sent ASAP but still nothing. I have tried to call the promoter Slammin Events but no answer. Anyone else experiencing the same issues?
